Mock police scenario being recorded on campus Tuesday, May 23

Lethbridge College’s Centre for Public Safety and Applied Research is participating in a research project that requires filming a mock scenario involving a hostage and a police officer. As part of the filming, you may see a police presence and hear simulated gun rounds near the 30th Avenue Residence along the east side of campus. This mock scenario presents no danger to the campus community or public. The recording will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 23. Please avoid the area during filming.
