Lethbridge College supports Bell Let’s Talk Day

Mental health and wellness is a top priority at Lethbridge College, with a number of initiatives across campus to support students and staff. We strongly encourage support of Bell Let’s Talk Day using the strength of our social media presence. To promote this day, a Student Experience specialist and two social work practicum students who facilitate resiliency workshops will be in Centre Core from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. encouraging students and staff to challenge the stigma around mental health, writing messages on a white board, filling out Let’s Talk conversation “bubbles” and taking photos to share on their social media.

Join us in this important conversation!
