Lethbridge College is very proud to be a Partner for Life with Canadian Blood Services, and the start of November marks the beginning of our 8th annual Blood Drive. As a Partner for Life, Lethbridge College has committed to saving lives by donating blood as a team to help ensure that patients continue to get the blood they need. Lethbridge College has committed to donating 125 units of blood this November and is calling on students, staff and alumni to roll up their sleeves to save lives.

The blood drive kicked off yesterday with a “What’s Your Type?” blood-typing event in Centre Core. Blood typing will also take place from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, Monday, Nov. 16 and Thursday, Nov. 26. Additionally, iron-rich meals will be available throughout November in the Food Court to support donors.

To have your donations count towards the Lethbridge College blood drive, register online using Partner ID number LETH010182. By registering just once, each past and future donation will be automatically attributed to your Partners for Life group, helping Lethbridge College achieve its goal.

To book an appointment to donate, download the GiveBlood app or visit blood.ca.  For group appointment booking, please contact Carmen at 1-877-824-3196.
