New Student Orientation

Learn more and register

New Student Orientation (NSO) is more than just one day. It's a series of events designed to help you feel prepared, confident and connected before classes begin.

While many program orientations take place on Tuesday, Sept. 8, some programs begin earlier or have orientations scheduled on different dates or at different times. Be sure to check your Lethbridge Polytechnic email regularly for important updates about your program. You can also view the Program Orientation Schedule below for details about your program's orientation.

Throughout August, we'll host a variety of events to help you prepare for your first day of classes, including New Student Campus Tours. These tours are a great opportunity to explore campus, find your classrooms, learn about student services and become familiar with your new environment.

Academic Workshops for New Students

Start your semester with confidence by attending one of our Academic Workshops for New Students.

These workshops are designed to help you prepare for your first day of classes by introducing you to important academic resources, student supports and tips for success at Lethbridge Polytechnic.

Select Register for Workshops to view the workshop topics, dates and times, and choose the sessions that best fit your needs. We look forward to helping you start your academic journey with confidence.
