Tracy Holt joined Lethbridge Polytechnic in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Financial Services. She was appointed to the Executive Leadership Team later that year, and in 2024, her title evolved to Vice-President, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer, reflecting her expanded role in driving the institution's financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

A proud alumni of Lethbridge Polytechnic, Holt earned her Business Administration – Accounting diploma in 1992. She continued her learning journey by earning her Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA-CGA) in 2010 and completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Laurentian University in 2015. Her career spans more than 25 years, including over 15 years in public sector leadership roles, serving as Controller and Director of Corporate Services with Lethbridge County and Vice-President, Finance & Administration for Surex.
