Location
Come get a grab-and-go snack and some mental health activities, from colouring to fidgets to crochet or knitting, from this group of community volunteers. The members of ECM (Ecumenical Campus Ministry) would love to teach you how to knit or crochet so if you aren't sure, grab a seat and they will teach you and send you home with all the supplies, free!!
They are here weekly and except when there is a special event, always in the same spot across from the Centre Core kiosk so stop by each week and say hi - they'd love to get to know you!
