Non-Personal Data Creation Record Template

The Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) requires the polytechnic to create a record and complete a security assessment when creating, using and disclosing non-personal or synthetic data. Employees must use this template when they turn personal data into non-personal or synthetic data.
