Privacy and Access Policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish Lethbridge Polytechnic’s commitment to safeguarding personal and non-personal data in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Act and the Access to Information Act and in alignment with other applicable provincial and federal legislation governing health information, research, employment, and commercial activities. This policy also affirms the institution’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and privacy by design.
