Spiritual support
We recognize the importance of spirituality as a part of your holistic health. Spirituality and its expression are unique to each individual, and we want to support your exploration or continuation of this expression during your time at Lethbridge Polytechnic.
If religion is one way you express your spirituality, you can access support through Wellness Services. We’ve formed agreements with local church groups that allow students to easily connect with church volunteers. If you are interested in connecting with a church group or if you have questions, reach out to us at 403-320-3289 or wellness.services@lethpolytech.ca.
Other practices of spirituality may include:
- outdoor activity or connection with nature
- meditation
- yoga
- volunteerism
- spending time with loved ones
