Put your health and wellness first

We’ve compiled a collection of online materials and local programs organized by delivery method to help you select the option that’s right for you.

Choose from the following options:

  • mobile apps
  • in-person or over the phone
  • websites

We are continually working to improve this page and the resources listed here. And each month, we highlight four resources that are the most relevant to our campus community.

Please note: While we have made an effort to select free resources, some may have a fee.

Resources of the month

Spiritual support

We recognize the importance of spirituality as a part of your holistic health. Spirituality and its expression are unique to each individual, and we want to support your exploration or continuation of this expression during your time at Lethbridge Polytechnic.

If religion is one way you express your spirituality, you can access support through Wellness Services. We’ve formed agreements with local church groups that allow students to easily connect with church volunteers. If you are interested in connecting with a church group or if you have questions, reach out to us at 403-320-3289 or wellness.services@lethpolytech.ca.

Other practices of spirituality may include:
