We provide various types of exam services to accommodate a wide variety of paper- and computer-based testing, including:

  • Exams for other educational institutions
  • Professional licensing and certification exams, such as nursing, insurance, real estate, personal training, and financial planning
  • Pearson VUE exams
  • CELPIP
  • CAEC
  • Typing assessments
  • Many other external exams

If you are unsure whether we can administer your exam, please contact Testing Services. We are happy to discuss your requirements and confirm whether your exam can be written at our testing centre.

How to Book an External Exam

  1. Schedule your exam appointment:
    1. Book directly with your institution, exam provider, or professional association if they manage exam bookings, or
    2. If you have been instructed to book directly, call Testing Services at 403-320-3368 or book your exam appointment online.
  2. Notify your institution or exam provider that you will be writing your exam at Lethbridge Polytechnic Testing Services.
  3. Complete any required paperwork and ensure it is submitted according to your institution’s or exam provider’s deadlines.

Note: Keep time zones in mind. All appointments are booked according to Mountain Standard Time (MST).

Book your appointment online

When You Arrive

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and complete any additional check-in procedures or requirements specified by your institution or exam provider.

Fees

A standard sitting fee of $50 per exam applies and is payable upon arrival. This fee covers the invigilation services provided by Testing Services and is separate from any fees charged by your institution or exam provider.
