Business intelligence: We’re responsible for business intelligence, which provides high-quality, accurate data and research in support of polytechnic-wide, evidence-informed decision making.
Reporting and compliance: We coordinate the development and submission of multiple planning and accountability reports and documents to internal and external stakeholders, including the Government of Alberta.
Strategic planning: We provide oversight and support for polytechnic-wide strategic planning activities and coordinate the development of the Strategic Framework, annual Institutional Operating Plans and annual reports.
