The benefits of being a member of the residence community extend beyond the proximity to your classes.  You'll make lifelong friends and have easy access to all of the great residence event and activities. Welcome home to Residence Life at Lethbridge Polytechnic.

General Information

Lethbridge Polytechnic offers both single rooms and shared accommodations.

We know this might be your first time living on your own. That's why we take the guesswork out of knowing what you need by fully furnishing all suites with tables, chairs, desks, beds sofas and more. A complete list of the items we provide can be found on our current residents page.

And that's just a taste of what we offer. 

You'll just need to bring sheets for your bed, towels, and other personal items. If you wish, you may also bring a TV, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, or any other kitchen gadgets. But it's easy to make these residences feel like home!

 

 

 

Kodiak House

Kodiak House features 109 single suites that match sustainable design with student comfort. Designed for the mature learner, each suite has a private bathroom and is furnished with a queen bed, desk, and wardrobe. Kitchens are equipped with microwaves and fridges. Our regular Kodiak Suites contain a Queen bed, the Barrier Free suites contain a Twin XL.

15 Barrier free, wheelchair accessible suites feature lower cabinets, a larger bathroom with an accessible shower and a single XL bed.

30th Avenue Residence

The 30th Avenue Residence houses 208 students in cottage-style units. Each furnished suite has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cullen Residence, Townhouse

This complex of 34 townhouses provides many advantages for students wanting affordable on-campus accommodation. Each townhouse is approximately 1,100 square feet and has three levels, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, kitchen and living room. A, C, & D bedrooms bed size Twin XL. B bedrooms (Super Single) Bed size Queen.

Cullen Residence, Two-bedroom Unit

Cullen is comprised of 44 two-bedroom suites, including four designed specifically for students with mobility issues, and provides semi-private living. Each suite is equipped with a private bedroom and a shared four-piece bath, furnished living room and kitchen. Bed Size Twin XL.

Cullen Residence, Family Unit (2 bedroom)

Cullen Residence has a limited number of 2 bedroom family suites. Family suites can accommodate couples and smaller families with 1 dependent/child.

  • Early application is recommended, as these fill quickly and move to waitlist.
  • The Residence Life Team will notify applicants regarding suite availability based on their family’s needs.
