The following rules apply to all Physical Education (PE) facilities, as currently in effect and subject to change:

  1. Authorized users only.
  2. Mandatory check-in required. All users must scan their ID card at the Check-in/Bookings area before using the facilities.
  3. Proper attire and clean footwear are required. Indoor athletic shoes, shirts and shorts or sweatpants must be worn. Jeans, inappropriate clothing or open-toed shoes are not permitted.
  4. No food or drink is allowed, except for water.
  5. No photography or video recording.
  6. Do not use the facilities under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.
  7. Respect others' right to use the facilities.
  8. Do not misuse equipment or facilities.
  9. Age restrictions:
    • Anyone under the age of 18 must have a consent form read and signed by a guardian.
    • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult in the Fitness Centre and Squash/Racquetball Courts.
  10. Lethbridge Polytechnic assumes no responsibility for instructing or supervising users in the use of equipment or facilities.
  11. Users are responsible for any damage they cause to equipment or facilities.
  12. Rule violations may result in loss of access including in the revocation of user privileges and forfeiture of any fees paid.
  13. User passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  14. Lethbridge Polytechnic is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
