Open to our members and available for rent to the community, high school classes and community groups, our four international squash courts are always teeming with life. Two of the courts are convertible to racquetball dimensions. So whether it’s squash or racquetball that gets your heart racing, you can find your fix at Lethbridge Polytechnic.

Booking the courts

We allow advance single bookings and same-day bookings. Court bookings must be paid before playing.

To book a court, visit the Recreation Services portal or phone 403-382-6903.

School or community groups can book the entire squash/racquetball facility by contacting 403-320-3202 ext. 5753.

Squash lessons

Are you a beginner squash player looking to learn a new sport, have fun and get an amazing workout? Or are you a seasoned player looking to improve your court skills and strategy? Take your squash game to the next level by meeting with our in-house squash coach, Ryan Boorsma, for private or semi-private lessons.

Hours: Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Note: Additional times are available upon request.

Squash league

Open to all skill levels, our squash league is a great way to stay fit and meet people who love squash. You’ll face off against a different opponent each week who matches your skill level.

Time/dates: Wednesday evenings from October to March. Tournament date(s) to be decided.

Cost: $25/person, membership or drop-in fees extra.

Sales and rentals

For all of your rental and restringing needs, come to Check-in/Bookings (PE1408). Eye guards or glasses with shatter proof lenses are strongly recommended for all participants; eyewear is available for rental if needed.
