Policy, Privacy and Risk offers a wide range of services that support the teaching, learning and administration of the polytechnic.
Our services
Risk management: Our risk management program is a systematic method of enabling the polytechnic to maximize opportunities and minimize losses.
Records management: We administer the records management policy, including management of the archives and interpretation of the Comprehensive Records Classification and Retention Schedule.
Privacy: We ensure compliance with provincial and federal privacy laws, including protecting personal privacy and managing the access to information request process.
Any member of the public can make an Access to Information Request.
Policy management: As stewards of the policy framework, we support policy development process through its lifecycle, including needs assessments, development, revision and repeal.
