Enterprise Systems
The Enterprise Systems Team is responsible for the planning, integration, and continuous improvement of the core platforms and systems that power our Polytechnic, including:
- Ellucian Colleague (Self Service, HR, Finance, Payroll, Student, MyPolytech)
- Salesforce CRM
- Business Objects

Cybersecurity
Our Cybersecurity Team protects the systems, data, and services that support our Polytechnic. We work proactively to defend against threats, ensure secure access, and promote safe technology practices across campus.

System Maintenance
ITS maintenance windows occur at the following scheduled times:
- Tuesdays, 5:00 – 7:30 am (Network Services)
- Wednesdays, 12:01 – 7:30 am (Enterprise Systems)
Additional service interruptions may occur due to scheduled or unexpected application patches, system maintenance, or outages.
