At Lethbridge Polytechnic, we know something about making a mark, about digging deep and rising up. We opened our doors in 1957 as Canada’s first publicly funded community college, and from the start we’ve been a groundbreaking institution that meets the needs of our students and our region.
We welcome more than 6,500 students in 65 certificate, diploma, applied degree, pre-employment and apprenticeship programs, ranging from nursing to environmental sciences, justice studies, design, agriculture, engineering technologies and more. Our students benefit from work-integrated learning and opportunities to engage in applied research, finding practical solutions to real-world problems. At Lethbridge Polytechnic, we are ready – because we know that what happens next matters most.
