The success of our Culinary Arts program (which has a 100 per cent employment rate for our grads) is due in part to the integration between the program and the Culinary Services department.

Whether you're picking from the wide variety of delicious snacks and meals in our Food Court Mall or enjoying the latest culinary delights in the Garden Court Restaurant – you're helping our culinary students perfect their skills.

Culinary Market Hours
Monday to Friday (except holidays)
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We strive to provide quality food safely and conveniently. Our app gives you the ability to order your meal before you visit. Your order will be ready and labelled with your order number when you arrive, reducing congestion in the line and ensuring you can enjoy your fresh meal without delay.

Garden Court Restaurant

Run by the students from the Culinary Arts diploma program, the Garden Court Restaurant offers a variety of menus throughout the year, including a lunch express, buffets, gala dinners and evening dining.

Culinary students experience an authentic restaurant business environment as they overcome the challenges of day-to-day operations. They tackle everything from developing menus to costing, purchasing and preparing food items to customer service and human resource management.
