Lethbridge Polytechnic ranked ninth among research colleges in Canada
Lethbridge Polytechnic continues to rank among Canada’s top research colleges, according to a report released yesterday by Research Infosource Inc. This year, the polytechnic reached ninth among the top 50 institutions in the country, up from 10th in 2024 and 11th in 2023.
Polytechnic graduate takes research findings to national conference
A recent Lethbridge Polytechnic graduate has taken his classroom research to a national platform, presenting his findings on first responder health at a major conference. Tyler Duffy (Exercise Science 2025) was in London, Ont. in October presenting at the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) national conference. There, he shared his research that explored the physical and cognitive demands placed on firefighters.

Lethbridge Polytechnic’s Marketing, Communications and External Engagement team has been recognized for its work on Wider Horizons, the institution’s alumni and community magazine.
