Lethbridge Polytechnic is now accepting nominations for Honouring Excellence 2026. Established in 1992, these awards recognize distinguished alumni who, through their perseverance and leadership, have made exceptional contributions to their professions and communities.

Lethbridge Polytechnic is ready to celebrate the remarkable achievements of three outstanding alumni who are making a difference in their communities.

Lethbridge College is celebrating the success of four outstanding alumni with the 2024 Honouring Excellence Awards. Honorees this year include Distinguished Alumni Heidi Gravelle (Bachelor of Applied Arts – Correctional Studies 2005); Career Virtuoso Leta Pezderic (Fish and Wildlife Technology 2003, Renewable Resource Management 2002); Community Leader JP Gentile (Recreation Management 1996) and Rising Star Bryan Pachal (Massage Therapy 2018).

There’s no shortage of Lethbridge College alumni who are outstanding leaders, thinkers and doers in their careers and communities, and this year’s Honouring Excellence award recipients are among the best and brightest.

Grab your apron and preheat the oven – the Kodiak Coke Cake Holiday Bake-off is back for a third year! Now a popular tradition with Lethbridge College alumni, the contest encourages bakers of all skill levels to get creative using a custom cake recipe developed by Chef Amanda Kawchuk, an instructor in, and graduate of, the college’s School of Culinary Arts.

Nominations are now open for Lethbridge College’s 2023 Honouring Excellence Awards. Each year, the college celebrates the success of its outstanding alumni community by presenting four inspiring members with Honouring Excellence Awards. These awards recognize college graduates who have experienced early success, risen to the top of their careers and made significant contributions to their industries and their communities.

The Holiday Bake-off Kodiak Coke Cake contest returns for a second year, giving Lethbridge College alumni the chance to enjoy a delicious treat, while having the chance to win an amazing prize pack.
