Leadership Theory

An introductory exploration to leadership concepts and theory within personal, community and organizational settings. Emphasis is on developing awareness of leadership skills and strengths. Reflection and analysis of leadership topics and skills focusing on understanding the principles of effective leadership and development of skills for effective therapeutic recreation practice. Not eligible for Prior Learning Assessment. Not available for supplemental.
