- Convocates are required to remain seated throughout the ceremony until a Marshal instructs you to proceed. This ensures the event runs smoothly and maintains the dignity of the occasion.
- Guests are also asked to remain seated as much as possible throughout the ceremony to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for everyone. While we understand that occasional bathroom breaks may be necessary, frequent movement in and out of the gym can be disruptive to others.
- Plan ahead, as guests and convocates who leave the gym may not be allowed back inside.
- Convocates must remain for the entirety of the ceremony to receive their Alumni Gift bag. Those who leave early will not be able to collect their gift.
