The board has one employee: the president and CEO of the polytechnic. This set of policies describes how authority is delegated to the president and how she is evaluated.
Ends are the benefits the polytechnic seeks to achieve within its mission of inspiring and facilitating learning and innovation to meet economic and social needs.
Executive limitations give executive leadership the freedom to design strategies to achieve the goals of the organization while establishing parameters for the president and CEO.
