Professional Experience

Teaching Experience

I have taught Microbiology labs in France for three years to students in pharmaceutical school. I taught Microbiology seminars to master students. In Canada I have taught at the University of Lethbridge a Biology course for the FNTP program as well as a microbiology course HLSC2400. I have been teaching at the College since 2009 a Microbiology course and lab BIO1162, anatomy labs BIO1160, Human nutrition course BIO1155, Cell Biology course BIO1150.

I have worked in the Biotech ManRos for a year.

Research

I have been working as a research scientist since 1994 first as a Post doc at ISREC in Switzerland for two years, then at the Pasteur Institute in Paris France as a post Doc for 2 years and then as a tenure research scientist for 9 years. Moving to Canada I worked at the Research Center of Lethbridge and at the University of Lethbridge as a research scientist. In 2016 I set up the Microbial Research Laboratory at Lethbridge College, I trained 23 students from various institutions. I obtained grants from NSERC, CARI and my master students obtained a Mc Cain scholarship to complete their master thesis in my laboratory.
